Our Story:

DenMerc Group Inc. was founded by husband-and-wife duo Tom and Olwen, who share a passion for providing world-class outsourcing services with a family-first approach. Before starting the company, Tom worked as a seafarer for eight years, while Olwen served as a teacher with the Department of Education for eight years, balancing her role as a part-time Virtual Assistant for three years before transitioning to full-time.

In May 2023, they decided to take their expertise and vision to the next level, hiring their first assistant and establishing DenMerc Group as a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. Together, they began taking on clients and growing a skilled team of assistants to work alongside them. By January 2024, DenMerc Group was formally incorporated, and by their first anniversary in May 2024, they had already grown into a family of 10 talented Virtual Assistants.
